1. Our Products

Beloved Paw creates custom, made-to-order pet portraits and related gifts based on the photo you upload. Because every item is personalized and produced just for you, please review all details (pet photo, size, frame, style) carefully before ordering.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3. Proof & Approval

For portrait orders, we may prepare a digital preview for your review. We create your artwork based on the photo and details you provide. Please ensure your uploaded photo is clear and high quality, as final results depend on the image supplied.

4. Photo Rights

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant Beloved Paw a limited license to use the image solely to produce and fulfill your order.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are produced and shipped through our print partners. Estimated production and delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Returns

As our products are custom-made, they are generally not eligible for return. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please see our Refund Policy — we will gladly remake it.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, designs, and artwork produced by Beloved Paw remain our property except for the personalized portrait delivered to you for personal use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beloved Paw is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.
