Custom, made-just-for-you products

Every Beloved Paw portrait is hand-crafted from your pet's photo especially for you, so custom pieces can't be returned or refunded. Instead, we've built our entire process around making sure you love the result:

• Free digital proof before we print. We email you a preview and revise it as many times as you need — we only send it to print once you approve.
• 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or noticeably different from the proof you approved, we'll redo it or remake it free of charge.

How to request a free remake

Email us at hello@belovedpaw.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll take care of it right away.

Changes & cancellations

Because production begins as soon as you approve your proof, we're unable to change or cancel an order once printing has started. Need to adjust something? Just reply to your proof email before approving.
